What is an Elementor Widget?

An Elementor Widget is the term given to an element that sits on a website page. Widgets can be added to your page, sidebar, footer and much more!

Widgets are blocks of code that can allow you to build a site. The beauty of widgets is that you don’t need to write the code yourself. The text that you are reading now is a Text widget.

You can increase your website’s widgets and functionality by adding additional plugins.

You can use widgets as static elements on your page, such as text and images. Additionally, you can employ widgets dynamically to influence other widgets on the same page. These use a function called Ajax

A primary example of an Ajax widget is a Filter By Price widget in a shop. Adjusting the price slider filters the products based on their respective prices.
